Rental Terms and FAQs

Rental Agreement with BVK Investments LLC (the "Landlord"):

  • Rental generally limited to licensed professionals and their employees, but exceptions will be considered. 
  • Rental Agreements generally for an initial agreed term, and thereafter month-to-month.
  • Rental Rates available upon request.  
  • Conference Rooms available 24/7 by reservation on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Telephone and High-Speed Internet Access included, with tenant to bear any set up charges.
  • 24-7 building access.  
  • Reception & Telephone Answering Service provided, if desired, with tenant to bear any setup charges.
  • Recycling and Professional Confidential Shredding Services provided.
  • Building features central Heating and Air Conditiioning (and windows that actually open)
  • Offices Furnished but tenants welcome to bring their own furniture if desired.
  • Shower available on premises for runners & bikers. 
  • Cross-Referrals may be possible and are encouraged, subject to the best interests of our clients.
  • BVK hosts periodic on-site lunches to enable professional Tenants to become better acquainted.

Services Agreement with Smith & Zuccarini, P.S. (the largest Tenant) (optional):

  • Tenants may use S&Z's copier/scanner/fax machine and postage meter pursuant to separate services agreement with S&Z.   
  • Tenants may make incidental use of S&Z staff (witnessing, notarial services, etc.), paying only for assistance needed at individuals' regular hourly billing rates.  
  • Tenants may make on-site use of S&Z tax library.
